The Forum aims to represent the area and to be a voice for Balsall Heath. We set out to build capacity and confidence, to create a social capital and join people and streets together. We deliver some services to improve the look, feel and safety of the area. We join together the existing, ‘one-size-fits all’, services of the area and tailor-make them to suit the local needs. We aim to change the way the neighbourhood is managed, disentangling services from remote head offices and devolving as much as possible to the neighbourhood itself.
